I absolutely love life and everything it brings – the beautiful moments as well as the not-so-beautiful ones. I’m an optimist because I just don’t see the point in always focusing on the negative. At the same time, I’m a realist and a dreamer – I’m not even sure if those two can go hand in hand, but if they can, that’s me! In love with what could be and at the same time with one foot in reality. A curse and a blessing at the same time.

Appreciation, gratitude and empathy are very important values for me and I am incredibly grateful when people, who appreciate the same values, cross my path.
I live for the little things – a kind gesture, a nice word. That can achieve so much. With photography, I have found a way to capture these precious moments in pictures. And although photography is probably my greatest passion and pictures play an very important role for me, I don’t always have my camera with me. Sometimes I make a conscious decision not to take it with me and enjoy the moment unfiltered. But when I have it with me, it’s the unposed and intimacy in moments that count for me and that make photography something special. Have the courage to be imperfect, because so is life!
